3. Shipping & Delivery

Where We Ship
We currently ship across the UAE and selected GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
For other international destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

  • UAE: 1-3 business days

  • GCC: 3-7 business days (depending on courier and customs)

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — please check our store or sign up for updates.

Customs & Duties
For GCC and international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zeyn.me. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened, unused items:
May be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, at the customer’s shipping expense. Please contact us before sending any returns.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Items purchased as final sale or during certain promotions may not be eligible for return.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, please note:

  • Scents and sensory experience may vary between individuals.

  • Ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.

  • Minor visual variations may occur due to small-batch production.

  • Shipping delays or disruptions caused by courier partners or customs.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
