3. Shipping & Delivery

Where We Ship
We currently ship across the UAE and selected GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
For other international destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

  • UAE: 1-3 business days

  • GCC: 3-7 business days (depending on courier and customs)

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — please check our store or sign up for updates.

Customs & Duties
For GCC and international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for eligible items.

     before sending any returns.

Eligibility

  • Devices (ZEYN case): May be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
  • Scents (balm pods): Because of the personal nature of fragrance, only unopened, unused pods are eligible for return. Opened pods cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. ZEYN will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exclusions

  • Items purchased as final sale, during certain promotions, or marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

  • Some ZEYN products may include extra coverage or care benefits. Please refer to your ZEYNCare terms for details.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, please note:

  • Scents and sensory experience may vary between individuals.

  • Ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.

  • Minor visual variations may occur due to small-batch production.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or heat.
Warning: External use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZEYN is not responsible for:

  • Any allergic reactions or sensitivities (customers are advised to review ingredient lists).

  • Improper use or storage of products.

  • Shipping delays or disruptions caused by courier partners or customs.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
