We ship across the UAE, with next-day delivery available in most cities. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused devices; balm pods must remain sealed. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Every Signature Set includes 12 months of ZEYNCare, with a complimentary replacement if a manufacturing defect occurs.
