Customs & Duties
For GCC and international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zeyn.me. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, at the customer’s shipping expense. Please contact us before sending any returns.
